Rispond Estate

Rennovation of highland estate and harbour.

Rispond Estate extends to around 211 acres and includes the main house or lodge, a cottage in good repair and three outbuildings. The estate also has its own harbour, small island, two walled gardens and a paddock area to the rear of the buildings.

King Street

Conversion of nightclub and offices into nine apartments.

Initially built as four townhouses in central Dundee with some beautiful original features, the propoerties were subsequently converted into offices, hair dressers and a nightclub. We are now refurbishing them and restoring them to their original residential use.

The property is grade C listed and unusual in that the majority of the structure is timber, including the stairs from first floor level upwards. Converting the offices into residential units and paying close attention to original detailing.
